HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. SCHOOL WAR MEMORIALS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The House of Representatives met at 2.30 p.m. to Mr. Sidev, the Minister of Education said that "although Cabinet had decided to cease subsidising indoor war memorials in schools, where obligations had' been entered into by committees, or applications for a subsidy had been made, the demands would be honored. THE IRISH QUESTION. Replying to Mr, Glenn, Mr. Massey said he strongly disapproved of the action of Mr. Holland, member for Buller, lecturing on the Irish question in the Dominion, because the Imperial Government was' having great trouble in Ireland, and those difficulties should not be increased by any action taken here. He was strongly of opinion that the Empire must be held together at any cost, and he was confident the great body of people in the Dominion was of the sjime opinion, Mr. Holland said there was nothing in his lecture at Auckland to which the slightest exception could be taken by the Imperial Government or anyone else. In spite of what the Premier said he intended to continue his lectures, and leave it to the people to say whether he was right or wrong, THE CRIMES BILL. Tho Amendment Bill (Hon. E. P.
