The Helsingfora correspondent of the Daily Telegraph reports that the socialisation of 'big estates in Esthonia was an utter failure, not yielding the Government a revenue anywhere approaching the profit in private lianda, chiefly owing 'to the Government employing 25,000 officials instead of 3000, who managed the estates before. Tie elections in October are certain to result in the return of a majority for the abolition of Socialism.—Aus,N.Z. Cable Assn.
