,A LABORER'S SUICIDE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. , Waipawa, Lost Night. Levi Jones, a laborer, 48, married, committed suicide by discharging a shot into his mouth. The deceased underwent ft severe operation some time ago and since suffered periods of despondency. ROTORUA TRAIN FATALITY. Rotorua, Last Night. At tJie inquest on Hector D. Urquhart, the victim of the Mamaku railway accident, the jury returned a verdict of accidental death, no blame being attachable to anyone. A rider was added that up-to-date appliances should be carried on all guards' vans.
