Both vessels finished in the same elapsed time.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn." RESOLUTE AWARDED SECOND HEAT. ONE WIN EACH. New York, July 21. Owing to an increase in the Resolute's time allowance she won the race. It is.announced that, owing to permission to the Shamrock to use a large clubsail, the Resolute's time allowance was increased to 7mjn. lsec, and she therefore won the race.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
