PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that The New Plymouth Borough Council proposes to provide land for the purpose of widening St. Aubyn Street in the Borough of Kew Plymouth, AND for such purpose requires to take the folfollowing pieces of land:— FIRSTLY, all that area of land being part of Section 605. Town of .- New Plymouth and containing by admeasurement 3.46 perches, bounded towards,the North-east ' by Queen Street 25.76 links; to- ' wards the South-east by part of same' Section 605 131.34 Ijpks; towards the South-west by part of Section 004 ~J> links and towards the North-west by St. Aubyn Street 130.0" links. SECONDLY, all that area of land being part of Section 604 Town of New Plymouth and being part of a Right-of-way, and containing by admeasurement 0.12 perches, bounded towards the North-east by part of Section 605 7.5 links; towards the South-east by part of Section 604, 10.66 links; towards the South-west by part of same Section 604, 6.38 links; and towards the North-west by St. Aubyn Street, 10.6 links.
