There is no uncertainty as to the price of butter for somo years to comc. There la an admitted world's shortage, and all butter is selling on the English market at rates hith* erto unheard of. This Is reflected in the continued demand for good dairying land. The subdivision of the Momona Estate, near T'rau, comes at an opportune time. This is a block of 1760 acres, divided into IX fine dairy farms, each cue suitable for dairying or fattening. # lt* is all Jn great heart, well- fenced and per-manently-watered, and there no better grassed land in the whole of the Waikato. It comprises flats and very easy rolling country, ail ploughable, ideal milking land, and is absolutely free from gorse, briar or blackberry. There are buildings on several of the sections. Possession may be had immediately.
