RATEPAYERS INTERVIEW. COUNCIL. PRESENT SYSTEM FAVORED, A deputation of about sixteen from the Westown Progressive Association waited on the New Plymouth Borough Council last evening urging the immediate extension of the present tr»mway system to Westown.
