NO RECOGNITION IN N.S.W. By Telegraph —Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 18, 6.5 p.m. Sydney, July 18. A ballot of the Federated Seamen's Union resulted largely against joining one big union, and an alternative proposal in favor of throwing all its energies into the Transport Workers' Federation was carried. It is officially stated the Government refuses to recognise one big union as a bona fide itrade union.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
