FRANCE SECURES OVER HALF. BRITAIN COMES NEXT. By Telegraph.'—Press Assn.— Copyright Received July 18, 5.5 p.m. London, July 17. An agreement has been signed at Spa between Great Britain, France, Italy, Japan, Belgium, and Portugal providing that the German reparations shall be divided as follows: — France 52 per cent Britain 22 " Italy 10 „ Belgium .............. 8 „ Japan* ..........,..i.v 0.75 „ Portugal 0.75 „ The remaining 6% per cent, is reserved for Greece, Roumania, and others. Provision is also made for dividing the Austro-Hungarian and Bulgarian moneys. The Allies undertake to facilitate the issue of German loans destined for Germany's internal requirements and the prompt discharge of her debt to the Allies.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
