An agreement has been signed at Spa between Great Britain, France, Italy, Japan, Belgium, and Portugal providing that the German reparations shall be divided as follows: — France 52 per cent Britain 22 " Italy 10 „ Belgium .............. 8 „ Japan* ..........,..i.v 0.75 „ Portugal 0.75 „ The remaining 6% per cent, is reserved for Greece, Roumania, and others. Provision is also made for dividing the Austro-Hungarian and Bulgarian moneys.
