WRANGEL'S IMPORTANT SUCCESS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—CopyngM Received July 19, 12.35 a.m. Helsingfors, July 17. It is reported that General Wrangel surprised and routed eighteen Bohhevik cavalry regiments, capturing 20,000 prisoners, including the commander-in chief and his staff.
