POLISH WAR CONTINUES. BOLSHEVIK AMBITIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 16, 7.50 p.m. London. July 15. The Bolshevik Journal Fravda declares that Soviet Russia will decline all proposals for peace from Poland, and will not lay down arms until a Bolshevik State is established in Poland. A Warsaw communique indicates still further Polish withdrawals in the region of Vilna and Slutsk, sixty miles south of Minsk.—Reuter Service.
