The Paris newspaper Petit Parisien outlines the Allies' terms for the RussoPolish armistice, including Poland's renunciation of an aggressive poljcy, and the reference of all disputed questions, including Danzig and Teschen, to the Supreme Council. Poland is to withdraw her troops to a fixed line passing southward of Przemyel, and the Soviet armies are to be allowed to advance within thirty miles of the Polish front. The Allies will wholeheartedly support Poland if the Bolsheviks advance beyond that line. The peace conference is to be held in London, and •« 11 border States are to be represented. The United States cannot officially concur, but American officials consulted approve of the Allies' action.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. BOLSHEVIKS BROKEN. POLES ATTACK FROM THE REAR. •Received July 14, 11.35 p.m. London, July 13. Warsaw reports that Polish troops recaptured Rovno, in Volhynia. The Poles, between Rovno ami Zhitomir, 115 miles distant in an easterly direction, broke the Bolshevik front, and attacked the Bolsheviks in the rear.—?Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.

LOSS OP MINSK. Received July 14, 1.35 p.m. London, July 13. A Warsaw communique admits the loss of Minsk, and adds that fighting continues south and south-east of Minsk. A. Bolshevik regiment which was operating in the Polish rear was annihilated. In the Rovno sector the enemy is inactive owing to the defeat suffered on July 10. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
