JJOTICE is hereby given that at ft Special Meeting of the New Plymouth Borough Council, held on the 28tk day of June, 1920, a resolution was passed:— That in pursuance of the powers contained in Sub-section (1) of section 153 and section 181 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and in pursuance of all other Acts and powers (if any), it thereunto enabling the New Plymouth Borough Council doth hereby: (a) Name the following streets wit'iin the Borough of New Plymouth hereinafter described, that is ■say: > Street off Carrington Road, •being part of Block 60, Paritut.i Survey District, hereby named Broadmore Street. Street off Doralto Boad, being part of Block 01, Paritutu Survey District—hereby named Hursthouse Street. Street connecting the two streets above mentioned and previously unnamed, being parts of Blocks 60 and 61, Paritutu Survey District, hereby name! ' Wickstead Street. . Street off Govett Avenue, being part of Block 58, Paritutu Survey District, hereby named Woodleigh Street. Street off Mangorei Boad, being part of Block 87, Paritutu , Survey District, hereby named Puketi Street. Street off Ngamotu Road, being part of section 811, Motu> roa, hereby named Paritutu Street. Street off Paynter's Avenuo, being part of N.R. 18, hereby named Pukaka Street. " Street connecting Tukapn Street and Frankley Road, being Pt. of Block 27, 28 and 42, Paritutu Survey District, hereby named Waimea Street. Street connecting Waiwaki Terrace with Calmady Terrac, hereby named Skeet-Street. Street connecting Avenue Road with Brooklandfc ftefitgf'part of Blocks 48 anff-'flS, Paritutu Survey District, here'oy named Upjohn Street. Street adjoining Tc Puia S.. Reserve, and being part of Bloi'k 06, Paritutu Survey District, hereby named Te Puia Street. Street connecting Fitzroy Road with the Street last above mentioned, being part of Block 06, Paritutu Survey Distrijt, hereby named Weka Street. (b) Alter the name of each of the following streets within the Borough of New Plymouth as hereinafter mentioned and described, that is to say: That part of Holdsworthy Road extending from Tukapa Street to Frankley Road hereby altered to and named Clawton Street. That part of Holdsworthy Road East of Avenue Road, hereby altered to and named Timaudra. Street. That part of Shortland Sttcat East of Pukekura Park (Botanical Gardens) hereby altered to and named Craeroft Street. The whole of the streets referred to in sub-sections (&) and (b) of this resolution being shown upon a plan produced to this meeting.

And notice is hereby also given that the said resolution will be submitted to a Special Meeting of the said Council to be held in the Municipal Offices, Liardet Street, New Plymouth, on Monday, the 26th day of .July, 1920, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
