The Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Kumara berthed at New Plymouth wharf at 12 noon yesterday, having left Wellington the previous afternoon. This is the ship's second trip to these parts. Captain Kelly Is now in command and Is supported by Mr. A. C. Hyde, chief officer; Mr. S. R. Mahood, second officer; Mr. H. Smith, third officer; Mr. S Brewer, chief engineer; Mr. A. McAdam, second engineer; Mr. C. A. Thompson, third engineer; Mr. N, M. Dickie, fourth engineer; and Mr. N. McFnter, fifth engineer. Mr. J. Taylor is chief refrigerating engineer, and Mr. C. V. Whutter second, whilst Mr. C. H. Preston is cMef steward. Mr. A. F. Jamleson Is first telegraphist, nnd Mr. C. Fitzgibbon second. The vessel was dawing 16ft forward and 22ft aft; her tonnage Is 6063 tons, length 430 ft, and breadth 54ft. After loading here, Waitara rdadstead will be visited. THE ROSAMOND, The Rosamond is expected to leave Wellington to-morrow with general cargo for New Plymouth. OVERSEA MOVEMENTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dnnedln, July 12. The Marama arrived at San Francisco on July 8 from Wellington nnd sails on return on July 13. The Waikawa arrived at Ban Francisco on July 8 from Auckland. The Tofua, owing to bad weather at Rarotonga while en route from San Francisco, did not clear the island port till 10 a.m. on Wednesday for Wellington, and is due on Wednesday afternoon. '
