By Telesrapb.—Press Assn —Copyrltnt New York, July 8Messages from Ohio state that Mr. Cox would not make any statement concerning his campaign plans ,or issues until he had had an opportunity 1 of conferring with Mr. Roosevelt and the Democratic Party^aders;, The so-called Third Party, which is expected to place presidential candidates in the field in opposition to the Republicans and Democrats, will eoon hold a convention at Chicago. The party' is composed of the former Labor Pasty, agricultural non-partisans, the League of War Veterans, and those generally dissatisfied with tlie two major parties. It is understood that Senator Lafolette, of Wisconsin, will be' the party's presidential choice. Washington, July 8.
