A meeting of the Pacific Phosphat* Company will be held on the 15th inst, to pass a resolution to pay the managing directors £65,000, ether directors £56,000, and ofter. officers, £31,000, for the loss ot office due to the sale of Nauru and Ocean Islands' deposits.
