BRITISH RESTORING ORDER. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received July 9, 8.45 p.m. London, July 8. A Constantinople message received today states that British naval forces occupied Moudania and Ghemlik on July 6 with only slight and ineffective opposition. A small force of 657 ihen, reconnoitring eastward of the Gulf of Isjnid, cleared the region. Snipers on the Boikos herghts opened fire on the battleship Iron Duke with machine-guns. The ship replied by shelling the position. The process of cleaning up file haunts of brigands in the vicinity of Constantinople is now commencing.—Reuter Sryvice. •
