Attention is drawn to the provisions of the Order forbidding the payment or tlic acceptance of any enemy debts or any communication relating to same except through or by permission of the Controller of the Clearing Office. Contravention of this provision will render the offender liable to the penalties provided for trading with the enemy under the "Trading with the Enemy Act, 1914," as if tha'; Act shall still remain in force.
