THE TWO MILLION LOAN.

SATISFACTORY SUBSCRIPTIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Prime Minister said to-day that the subscriptions to the £2,000,000 loan are coming in satisfactorily. No time limit has been placed on the loan, which was offered principally because at the time there was money in the country available fdr investment. There might have been a risk of some of that money finding an outlet ovevseas, and the local loan was therefore put on the market. The Prime Minister hinted that jf he chose to do so he could fill the loan at little notice.
