In the House of Commons, replying to Mr. Gretton, Mr. Bonar Law stated that the Krassin negotiations were still proceeding, but as the Government had concluded the time for a decision had arrived, they intimated this to Krassin, who is returning to Russia in order to submit the British Government's conditions to the Soviet authorities, and to be in a position to give a definite answer.—Aus.N.Z.
