RETIREMENT OF THE PREMIER. By T«le£taph.--Pr«sß Asm Copyright i Ottawa, June 30. Parliament will prorogue at 10 o'clock to-night. The Unionist,caucus will meet to-morrow and will probably receive Sir Robert Borden's resignation. Mr. Arthur Meighen (SolicitorGeneral) or Sir Henry' Brayton (Minister of Finance) is likely to be chosen as Leader. It is rumored that Sir George Foster (Minister of Trade) is retiring. He may take the position of High Commissioner in London. [Sir Sobert Borden is 63 years of age, and has been Premier of Canada since 1811. He has been in bad, health for many months, but on his'return recently from a health-recruiting trip it waß announced that he probably would reorganise the Cabinet. Last week, however, it was reported that Sir Robert florden had definitely decided to resign.]
