SUPERANNUATION" ALLOWANCE (By Telegraph—Special Correspondent.) Wellington, Last Night. The Judicature Amendment Bill provides for the payment of a superannuation allowance to Judges who may tttire from office by reason of permanent infirmity, after having held office tot.lets tWn ten years, but not less than five years. The allowance will be at the rate of 'three twenty-fourths of thr s*l#ry, plus an additional one twenty-fourti for each complete year of service in egMs of > five years, with a maximum of lit twenty-fourths.
