DISLOYALTY.
INDIA'S THREAT TO PRINCE, BOLSHEVIKS FOMENTING UNREST. Bj Viat Assn.—Copyright Delhi, .Tune 19. There are indications that the extremists intend to attempt to inar the Prince's visit. As an example it is suggested that " the Mohammedan candidates for the newIndian Council may bind themselves not to take the oath of allegiance and stand iloof when the Prince opens the Council, unless the Turkish Treaty is modified in accordance with their views. Another threat is embodied in a telegram sent to the India Office, on behalf of the India Home Rule League, stating that the people are unlikely to cooperate in welcoming the Prince unless the miscarriage of justice in the Punjaub is remedied and other wrongs righted. There is also proof that the Bolsheviks continue with a view to creating tribal troubles on the Indian frontier. They are financing revolutionaries, who are endeavoring to foment an insurrection throughout India.— United Service.
