A NATIONALIST RISING. London, June 19. BJ Talesrapb.—Press Assn.—Copyright Mr. Pereival Phillips, the Daiiy Ex>presa correspondent at Constantinople, in a wire from Constantinople, says the Turkish attack at Ismid was merely a Nationalist demonstration intended to influence European opinion. It is not likely to become a general offensive. The Turkish forces on the whole front from the Black Sea to opposite Gallipoli are calculated at 17,500 regulars and 19,000 irregulars. Our forces in the vicinity of Constantinople are 20,000 mainly Indians, but including six white battalions.—United Service. Constantinople, June 20.
