Wellington, Last Night, indications are for north-west to south-west winds strong to gale, and stormy wenther, Tain probable generally, with heavy rain and flooded rivers on the West Coast and southernmost districts, and snow on the higher levels in the South Island. The barometer is railing, hut will rise shortly in the south.
