Perfect weather prevailed, anu some good matches were witnessed. Following are the results SENIOR. TUKAPA (10) v. STRATFORD (3). - Tukapa seniors journeyed to Stratford yesterday, and after a close and exciting game, played in perfect weather conditions, 'defeated the Stratford seniors by 10 .points to ii, tlius placing the premiership of the Thursday division beyond doubt. * Tukapa owe their victory to ttfe nipplness and good line kicking of their backs, who were much superior to the Stratford rearguard. Tills more than compensated for any superiority- Stratford possessed in the forwards. Tukapa had much the better of the first spell, but in the early'stages of | the second spell Stratford forwards shook [ things up, and for a time It looked as if they would turn the tables.
