MURDER CHARGE.
YOUNG MAORI IN COURT. By Telefrraph.—Prftss Association. Auckland, Last Night. A young native, Wiremu Pite, who is under arrest on a charge that on May 30, at Mokau (in North Auckland), he murdered Douglas Piripi (Phillips), and has been held in Mt. Eden Gaol, came before Mr. Wilson, S.M. this morning, and was remandel to appear at Whangarei on Tuesday next.
