A wonderful autumn la Just drawing to a close, and the cheese factories' milk supplies are fust dwindling. A regrettable feature in connection with the land boom all over Taranakl Is that the boom la on well-cleared farms on main roads, and the undeveloped farms In the backblocks remain as before, making little headway In Increasing production. It Is here that the creat development beneficial to the Dominion Is required. As it Is, the present boom Is beneficial to Individuals but of doubtful benefit to the community. •
