The Chicago correspondent of the New York World says there is considerable belief in Republican circles that Mr. W G. Harding (the Republican nominee for the Presidency) may make a unique appeal to the American electorate by naming the Cabinet which he will appoint if .elected. Thus the people will know who will compose the Government. The Republican leaders are considering the following Cabinet appointments, which the people would be likely to receive favorably. Senator Root or Senator Knox for Secretary of State; MiHughes, Attorney-General; Mr. Frank A.
