EVERYBODY'S. ' EVELYN GREELEY IN "BRINGING UP BETTY." The new World Film, "Bringing Up Betty," is a reminder of the proposition that the wicked flourish like a green bay tree, for the villain of the piece is richly rewarded for his consideration in stepping aside and letting two fond, hearts get together. Evelyn Greeley stars in the play as Betty, the niece, of a millionaire. She is loved respectively by a duke, a lord, and the villain for her money—uncle's money, that is—and by the hero for herself- Naturally the hero wins the prize, but various things, amusing and otherwise, happen before uncle is in a position to say "Bless you my children." The comedy is highly entertaining, well acted, and nicely staked, and Evelyn Greeley makes Betty one of the most desirable little witcho.we have seen for a long, time. The fourth episode of "A Man of Might" shows with this programme, which screens to-night and to-morrow at Everybody's. THE PEOPLE'S. LAST NIGHT OF THEDA BARA AND PEGGY HYLAND. It is not often that two stars like Thcda Bara and Peggy Hyland appear on the same bill, but that is the case this week at the People's, where a most excellent bill concludes to-night. Theda Bara in "The She Devil" is introduced in quite a new role, that of comedy-drama, and it is a pleasing departure from her usual heavy dramatic types. Pretty Peggy Hyland is most charming in "Other Men's Daughters," in which a violation of the golden rule strikes back home.
