EXPLOITATION BY AMERICA. Bf Telegraph.—Pvasa Assn.--Copyright. Received June 15, 7-45 p.m. Washington, x June 15. A Bill has been introduced in the Senate providing for the formation of the United*Sta,tes Oil Corporation, to develop oil resources in foreign countries. The corporation would give the United States a preferential right to take all supplies at the market prices, and American citizens would own the majority of the stock. The corporation's president would appoint the corporation's officers. Mr. Payne (Secretary for the Interior) has sent a letter to the Senate objecting to these provisions, but indicating that the. administration otherwise ergards the measure favorably.—Aus.-N.Z.
