HAURAKI FLOOD.
CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE DONE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The Kerepehi correspondent of the Herald telegraphs as follows: The floods on the Hauraki Plains are still high. Many farmers have lost heavily in cattle, and one man has lost two hundred pigs Some of .the plains are still under water, and the damage will be considerably increased unless the river lowers within the next few days.
