AUCTIONEER'S NOTE.—Our Agent, taho has inspected the above mentioned stock, reports as follows:—"This firstclass dairy herd comprises a very choice lot of cows and heifers, absolutely in the pink of condition. From a dairying point of view, they are all quiet, low se':-, fine and well boned, and full of qualify. Both cow 3 and heifers are well in calf. This season, which was by no means a good one, they have averaged about 300 lbs butter fat per beast. One season they averaged 329 lbs butter-fat ' per liead. This herd can be confidently recommended to dairymen requiring real good butter-fat cattle. All stock may remain on tho farm at purchasers' risk till July Ist. Terms for all sundries STRICTLY CASH.
