A FATAL FRACAS.

THE AGGRESSOR UNKNOWN. By Telegraph.—Press Assoclatipn. Auckland, Last Night. At an inquest into the death of David John Stanley, a waterside worker, who' was injured in a fracas on the central wharf on April 19, and who died in hospital on May 14, it was stated that the deceased was struck on the head by a seaman of foreign nationality, who was' seen standing over the deceased, who was prostrate. The deceased stated that he had been struck on the head with a bottle. A verdict was, returned that Stanley died as a result of an abscess of the brain, the result of a blow from a man who has not been identified.
