A Moscow wireless message reports a provisional Government has been formed at Resht, where it'was warmly greeted by the population. The British are hurriedly retreating to Baghdad, as the Indians are opposed to fighting the revolutionaries, and a considerable number are going over to them.—United •Service.
[Resht is the capital of the province of Gilan, in and is 150 miles from Teheran.]
