AUCTIONEER'S NOTE.—Our Agent, who has inspected the above mentioned stock, reports as follows:—"This firstclass dairy herd comprises a very choice lot of cows and heifers, absolutely in the pink of condition. From a dairyin? point of view, they are all quiet, low set, fine and well boned, and full of quality. Both cows and heifers are well in calf. This season, which was by no means a food one, they have averaged about 300 lbs butter fat per beast. One season they averaged 329 lbs butter-fat per, head.
