GENERAL BOOTH ARRIVES.
WELCOME AT WELLINGTON. By TelesMph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. General Booth has arrived from Sydney, and on landing to-night he was greeted by a large crowd of Salvation Army oflicers and the general. public, and given a gratifying reception. Several bands played selections as the ship came alongside. General Booth said he was looking forward to a great time in New Zealand. . He congratulated tTie Army on the work done in the past, and'said he believed it would dp greater things in the future. He drove off amidst the cheers of the crowd.
