The onlv foreign entrants are the Dutch sculler Eijken and tho Union Boat Club, Boston (United States), who are contesting the Grand BewUrds' Thames Cup and the Diamond Sculls, and are believed to have a good chance of winning the Grand Stewards', as English rowing has not vet recovered its ure-war standard.-Aus.-N.Z.
