The members of the Board are: Messrs. W. J. Marchbaokg and W. H. Millward (nominated by the Hallway Department), and J. S. Dickson, MJP., and J. T. Martin (nominated by tiio E.P.C.A.). Jlr. M4Hward was ohoaen chairman.
