DIVORCE GRANTED.
AMMON v. AMMON. A decree nisi was granted by His Honor Mr. Justice Edwards at Wellington on Wednesday in (he divorce case of Charles Frederick Ammon (petitioner) versus Daisy Geraldine Mary Amnion (respondent) and William Reilly (co-re-spondent) . The jury, on Tuesday afternoon, found that respondent and co-re-spondent had committed adultery, and awarded the petitioner £250 damages against the co-respondent. Petitioner had claimed £SOO. Mr. A. B. Sicvwripht, who appeared for the petitioner, applied for custody of the petitioner's s<:von-year-o!d child, and costs against Eeiily. Mr. V. W. Jackson asked for costs for the respondent. His Honor reserved his decision in the matter of costs.
