SUPERVISION -ITS GREAT VALUE IN TjNDER the old system one worker makes the job from start to finish. After the garment is fitted on, the linings are roughly cut. The garment is given to the worker, who does the fitting up. The next time the boss sees it is when the suit is finished. Every worker has his or her own ideas of shaping a collar, hanging a sleeve, etc. For that reason you get a different type of suit from each worker. This old method did not coincide with our ideas of the Modern Suit or Costume we had set out to make. We wanted more supervision and every garment'shaped up and finished to the highest standard. We wanted to see the taste and wishes of the customer incorporated in the garment. This, of course, meant a lot of work for the principals, but that did not bother ua, for we were out to give the public every satisfaction. Hence to-day every garment comes to the principal in charge of the workroom, when it reaches several different stages. No job is proceeded with until he has passed it, assuring that all our work is correctly and carefully done. . There are no factory or "slop" methods with us; we aim at giving the best possible value for the money paid to us. That is why our customers are so satisfied.
