OUTLOOK IN GERMANY.
AN IMPENDING REVOLT. B? Teleffraph Press Assn.—Copyright Berlin, May 28. The commissary for the maintenance of order, in a statement to the Press, declares that, while the rumoffc of a forthcoming revolution have a basis of reality, [they are much exaggerated. The only party openly threatening violent action is the communistic Labor Party. The chief danger from the latter is that it might cause a reaction among the other parties. On the other hand the Preheit and Tageblatt declare that a revolution is imminent. The Tageblatt adds that a list has <been drawn up of Democratic and Socialist leaders and Jewish notables who are to be slaughtered. The Vorwaerts states that the signal for the revolution will come from the east.
The Volks Zeitung says that all the volunteer formations will march to Berlin. Over 100,000 volunteers are ready to rise, and trucks and military equipment are leaving Berlin daily for East Prus-sia.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
