It is covenanted that the conference will establish a permanent organisation of international communications for the combination of the efforts of individual countries, which organisation is essential for the re-establishment of commercial exchanges and the economic restoration of the worldMr. Theodore (Premier of Queensland) is arranging to visit Scandinavia and Finland where he will meet leading Socialists, Prom there he will go to Moscow where he will be the guest. of the Soviet Government-
