QUESTION OF FUTURE CONTROL.
By Telegraph.—Pr«s Ajsn.-Cooyriitfit Received May 22, 1.15 a.m. Melbourne, May 21 rhe report of the Royal Commission on the administration of the former German territories in the Pacific Islands recommends, if their control is transferred to the Commonwealth, that they should be administered as part of Papua or if this in not approved, the territroies should be kept separate from Papua for the purposes of legislation and internal administration, but that one officer should administer both Govern-ments.—Aus.-N.Z Cable Aasn
