SINN FEIN CLAIMS.

Mr. Arthur (irillitli, the Sinn Fein leader, in an interview published by the Daily Oaphic, extolled the constructive work of Sinn Fein, aiming at a retention of the Irish youth. The Dail Eirann (Sinn Vein Parliament), lie said, projected a protective policy, and had ambassadors already at Paris and Washington. The Sinn Fein authorities had merchantmen flying the republic flag; they had appointed trade representatives in North and South America, and were about to extend the system. TJhcir loan of £250,000 had been oversubscribed. They were establishing a National Bank, Stock Exchange, and Courts of Arbitrationthroughout the country, whose decisions Were Bow regarded as binding, and former litigants at English courts were boycotted. He added that the organisation of a civil service had begun, and the developtaen of the linen, woollen, dairying, agriculture and other industries had been planned. Great success was expected to result from a vote for the Irish fisheries. The forestry committee was issuing educational propaganda, and 3,000,000 trees were planted on Arbor Day- There had been a large saving of child life by the distribution of pure inilk, asi the result of representations from the Dail Eirann.
