CONFERENCE DISCUSSES QUESTION
| By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A conference of inspectors of primary schools of the Dominion and of representative teachers met to-day to consider the question of the grading of teachers The delegates were welcomed by the Hon. C- J, Parr (Minister of Education), who referred to the importance of endeavoring to solve the problem without delay. The quota question should also be gone into ( The inspectors and teachers present then resolved themselves into a separate conference to report to a joint conference to meet later.
