THE TARANAKI PROVINCIAL WAR RELIEF ASSOCIATION. NOTICE. PERMANENTLY DISABLED SOLDI ICRS.—The Taranaki Provincial War Relief Assoeitaion lias decided to extend the benefits under tli6 Permanently Disabled Soldiers Scheme to Returned Discharged Soldiers whose permanent disability is at least 20 per cent, subject to the following condition. 1. All applicants must be able to comply with the rule re domicile. RbLE.—The domicile of the soldie.* shall be deemed to he the place where the applicant resided at least 3 months prior to enlisting. In the event of the applicant not having resided in any one place for a period of 3 months prior to enlisting then the domiele Bhall be the place of enlistment. 2. Applications will be received from all Taranaki Returned Discharged men who are at present in receipt of a pension. 3. It will not be necessary for those men who have previously made application as Permanently Disabled Soldiers to make further application as their records have been retained by the Association and in the event of the disability being in excess of 20 per cent, their applications will automatically come - up fot consideration. 4. As the Taranaki Provincial War Relief Association has not adopted tin policy of making grants by right of service all applications will be considered on their merits. 5. All applications must be lodged with the Secretary of the Local Branch of the Taranaki .Provincial War Relief Association, or Patriotic Association of the district wherein applicant at present resides.
