Present Indications are for high northerly winds northwards of Kawhla and Glsborne, easterlies prevailing elsewhere, weather cloudy to overcast, foggy in parts, with rain probable generally, and flooded rivers in north and East Coast districts; snow on higher levels In the south, and falling barometer everywhere.
