Years ago spiral steel pipes Avere laid down to convey water from the Reservoir to New Plymouth. These steel pipes are deteriorating and are in bad condition. There is danger of the water supply being cut off any moment. Remove this danger by voting for the Loans on Wednesday. SEWER EXTENSIONS. Only the central area of the Town is sewered. Public Health demands that sewers be provided for the thickly populated areas, at Te Henui, West End, St. Aubyn, Westown, Vogeltown, and Pitzroy.
