The Bolsheviks, after the capture of Raktt, neat an ultimatum to the Armenian* of the 'Erivan Republic, who apparently liave gone over to the enemy, the Armenians believing they could expect no further protection from the Allies. ¥sie Russian Red Army is also cooperating with Mustapha Kemal, so in mirrendering to the Bolsheviks, the Armenian Republic has madee terms with Mustapha.—.Aus.-N-Z.
